Randy J. Gibbs

Randy J. Gibbs is an international expert on the powerful connection between our inner vision and creating lives of increased success and joy. His lifelong passion is helping others take their lives to entirely new levels of power, freedom and new possibilities.

After receiving a masters degree in Social Work from the University of Utah, Randy began his professional career as a marriage and family therapist. Later, he earned a second masters degree from Brigham Young University in Organizational Behavior. This unique mix of both individual and organizational change enables Randy to help people and organizations achieve extraordinary results.

Randy worked for Hewlett-Packard as Manager of Organizational Development, and for RJR Nabisco as Regional Director of Training & Development. “Helping my clients experience greater success is the focus of everything I do,” Randy says.

Before launching his own consulting firm in 2002, Randy worked with the Covey Leadership Center during its explosive growth following the release of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People in 1989.
