Lindsey Rietzsch

Lindsey Rietzsch has been writing since the age of eight. In 2003 she received a Bachelor of Integrated Studies degree from Weber State University. Her degree emphases are in Communication, Family Studies and Social Work.

As a former employment counselor for the state of Utah, Lindsey has worked as a certified instructor for the Department of Workforce Services, teaching assertive communication and job retention skills. Lindsey has also designed curriculum for and instructed self management and relationship courses. Her “How to Date Your Spouse” class was the inspiration behind this book.

In the late summer of 1999, Lindsey met her husband Manuel who was also studying at Weber State University. They were married in December 2000. Manuel who is a German citizen is also a former semi-professional soccer player from Hof, Germany. The story of how they officially met and the events leading up to their marriage are so unbelievable that Lindsey wrote a biography about it. Eventually she’d like to publish it.

Lindsey and her husband are both entrepreneurs with big dreams and ideas. Lindsey firmly believes that the impossible can be possible.
