Will the Canadian government be able to help them before the United States is attacked? Will Kenneth and Emma let down their defenses enough to make it through love’s trials?

I enjoyed reading about the missionary experiences but felt that it intruded into the story line and didn`t need to be included. A heartfelt romance with enough adventure to make the book exciting.
