Stories & Jokes a holiday hit

The new book Stories & Jokes of Mormon Folks by Bruce Dana is a genuine hit, selling out its first printing in four weeks. Dana’s book signings this Christmas season were the best he has ever had, selling more than 100 copies at one signing at the Logan Seagull Book.

“The book appeals to all ages and genders,” said Chad Daybell, president of Spring Creek Book Company. “Plus, it is a book you can feel comfortable giving as a gift.”

Another big hit this holiday season is George Durrant’s new book A Touch of Christmas. The master storyteller has put together a collection of his beloved Christmas stories, such as “Don’t Forget the Star” and “That Thine Alms May Be in Secret.”

Durrant also had a series of sold-out signings at Seagull Book stores across Utah County this holiday season.
